The ASA-03 is an advanced grease and oil separator alarm, specially designed for use in environments with a risk of explosion. It consists of an electronic unit that can be connected to up to three digital ASA sensors.

Central unit with display
ASA-03 is a 230 V central unit with a backlit LCD display, touch buttons and a clear display of system status, alarm texts and menus. This makes it easier to read and handle the separation alarm locally.
Layer sensor, ASA-LP
Capacitive sensor that detects oil or grease layers in the separator. The alarm helps the user to detect when the layer needs to be repaired or the separator needs to be emptied.
High level sensor, ASA-HLP
Ultrasonic sensor that warns of rising liquid level in the separator. High level may indicate clogging, blocked outlet or need for action.
Sludge sensor, ASA-SP
Ultrasonic sensor that sounds an alarm when the level of sludge, sand or other solid materials becomes too high. This helps prevent reduced separation capacity and operational disruptions.
