Adopting a hydraulic-driven core structure with interchangeable disc and brush components, the equipment is widely adaptable to oil spill recovery scenarios of high, medium and low viscosities—discs designed for collecting medium and low-viscosity oils such as refined oil, while brushes (with high-strength, seawater-resistant and oil-affinity nylon material) are ideal for higher-viscosity oils like fuel oil. It supports stepless speed regulation (40~100R/Min) of the working components, enabling real-time adjustment based on on-site oil conditions to ensure optimal recovery efficiency and oil purity (free water content <5%).
Available in a full range of models from SZPS5 to SZPS100 (customizable), the equipment covers a maximum recovery efficiency of 5~100 m³/h, matching the disposal needs of oil spill accidents of all scales. It offers dual power options: diesel engine or explosion-proof motor, which can meet the power requirements of explosion-proof scenarios (such as oil depots, petrochemical terminals) and conventional outdoor operations respectively. With strong environmental adaptability, it can operate stably in both seawater and freshwater environments, resisting salt spray, chemical corrosion, wind, waves and currents.

Disc-Brush Oil Skimmer Construction
Main structure : The skimmer head (floating part) has a closed shell filled with plastic foam for double buoyancy protection; the main body shell, roller and all accessories are made of 304 stainless steel or marine aluminum alloy, and the frame and transmission parts are treated with anti-rust measures to enhance corrosion resistance and weather resistance. The power pack main body is made of Q235 steel with anti-rust paint, featuring a lifting hole on the top and a forklift groove at the bottom for easy transportation and installation.
Core working components : Discs use polytetrafluoroethylene soft boards for oil scraping, and the disc is made of seawater-resistant aluminum; brushes adopt high-strength, seawater-resistant, oil-resistant and oil-affinity nylon material with a unique bending structure to increase oil affinity area and extend service life. Discs and brushes can be quickly exchanged according to oil viscosity requirements.
Buoy and auxiliary structure : The floating body is filled with closed-cell foam material to ensure it will not sink even if partially damaged; an auxiliary float is arranged at the connection between the pipes and the oil skimmer to prevent pipe dragging and wear.
Power and hydraulic system : Core hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps and motors are selected from internationally renowned brands; hydraulic hoses are steel wire reinforced high-pressure rubber hoses with quick connectors for fast connection; the oil transfer pump is a high-quality cam rotor pump, which is installed on the power station and features strong self-priming capacity,high lift, and can be used as an independent unloading pump。
