This series adopts a hydraulic drive + centrifugal pump head design, featuring strong self-priming capability that allows it to work directly submerged under the liquid surface without additional suction hoses. The main body is made of high-quality acid- and alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments from -20℃ to 50℃, and meeting the oil recovery needs of various ships, ports and emergency scenarios.

Conveying Hose :regular length 20m oil-resistant, acid-alkali resistant hose with aluminum alloy quick connectors at both ends.( customized length acceptable)

Hydraulic Hose :regular length 20m steel wire-reinforced hydraulic hose with acid-alkali resistant hydraulic quick connectors at both ends.( customized length acceptable)

Lifting Device :The pump head is equipped with a sling ring and lifting rigging for easy submersion into oil tanks.

Maintenance Toolkit :Includes a full set of maintenance tools such as hex wrenches, double-head wrenches, adjustable spanners, etc.

The offloading pump system is primarily composed of an offloading pump unit, a hydraulic power station, oil delivery hoses, hydraulic hoses and associated accessories.

 Pump head : Constructed from premium corrosion-resistant materials and fitted with an integrated lifting eye. Multiple pump types are available for selection, including centrifugal pumps, screw pumps and rotor pumps.

 Hydraulic Power Pack :Explosion-proof motor drives the hydraulic system, converting electrical energy into hydraulic power to drive the pump head.

 Connection System :The hydraulic motor and power pack are connected via hydraulic hoses with quick connectors, enabling quick installation and adapting to the rapid deployment needs of emergency scenarios.
