Separator Alarm For Grease And Oil Separators Of ASA-04 Disconnection Alarm

Central unit for 12 VDC operation
ASA-04 is a central unit for low voltage supply with an operating voltage of 11.5–20 VDC. This makes it suitable for systems where 230 V is not available, for example in photovoltaic operation.

Clear local alarm indication
The front panel has an overview of the separator and separate status LEDs for connected sensors. This provides quick local indication of the separator’s alarm status.

Layer sensor, ASA-LP
Capacitive sensor that detects oil or grease layers in the separator. The alarm helps the user to detect when the layer needs to be repaired or the separator needs to be emptied.

High level sensor, ASA-HLP
Ultrasonic sensor that warns of rising liquid level in the separator. High level may indicate clogging, blocked outlet or need for action.

Sludge sensor, ASA-SP
Ultrasonic sensor that sounds an alarm when the level of sludge, sand or other solid materials becomes too high. This helps prevent reduced separation capacity and operational disruptions.

For systems with low voltage supply,
ASA-04 is adapted for 12 VDC operation and is suitable where normal mains voltage is not available or where the alarm is to be powered via, for example, a solar cell solution.

Clear local alarm status
Status LEDs for each sensor make it easy to quickly see whether the alarm applies to layer, high level or sludge.

Reduced risk of acute problems
Early indication of layers, rising liquid levels or high sludge levels makes it possible to act before the problem leads to downtime, overfilling or unwanted emissions.
